Welcome to ParadoXx. By accessing or using our services and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “ParadoXx” refers to the BDSM studio and venue located in Antwerp.
  • “Services” refer to the rental of studio spaces, equipment, and participation in events and workshops.
  • “User” refers to anyone who accesses or uses our services or facilities.

3. Use of Services

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • All users must respect the rules and guidelines set forth by ParadoXx.
  • Any illegal activities or behavior that violates our policies will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

4. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations for studio rentals and events must be made in advance.
  • Payment is required upon booking confirmation.
  • All bookings can be arranged with invoicing options.
  • Cancellations for rentals by professional sex workers must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations for events must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

6. Liability

  • ParadoXx is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our services or facilities.
  • Users assume all risks associated with participating in BDSM activities.
  • Users are responsible for their own actions and must ensure they practice safety and consent at all times.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Consent is mandatory for all activities.
  • Respect for all participants and staff is required.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
  • Users must maintain high standards of hygiene and are expected to clean up after themselves.
  • Respect for neighbors is required; this includes keeping noise levels down when leaving the venue.

8. All-Inclusive Formula for Events

  • Our all-inclusive formula covers normal use of drinks and bites provided during events.
  • Overconsumption of alcohol or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Users are expected to consume responsibly and respect the event environment.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • ParadoXx reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
